Salted Butter Caramel Flavoured Base

For a rich gelato with the warm and aromatic flavour of caramel. Ideal for rippling with caramel for both gelato in tubs and for soft ices.
Dosage: 400 g of product +1 l of milk or 1 l of hot water. Also ideal for soft ice machines.
