Gelagel Kit Madagascar

A characteristic flavour, acidic at first, that develops with a hint of fruits of the forest. Exuberant, floral and fruity sweetness with slightly toasted notes. Good sweet-bitter-acidic balance.
Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 1 kg of Extra Bitter coating + 2.3 l of water + 300 g of cocoa + 100 g of sugar + 50 g of dextrose. For a richer recipe: 1.5 kg of product + 1 kg of Extra Bitter coating + 2.3 l of water + 500 g of cocoa + 160 g of sugar + 120 g of dextrose.
